Audra Bruneski

Ms. Bruneski has worked in the demolition industry since 2005, with a focus on hazardous materials abatement.  She has worked on projects ranging from residential to industrial, in the role of Health & Safety Coordinator, and has also worked for a consulting firm, before joining Pacific in 2015.  Ms. Bruneski is a National Construction Safety Officer, and holds a Gold Seal for Safety Coordinators from the Canadian Construction Association. She is currently pursuing a Canadian Registered Safety Professional designation.

Todd Carbone

Mr. Carbone has been in the construction industry for over 7 years, with over 6 years of experience dedicated to commercial and industrial demolition.  Prior to joining our Demolition Division, Mr. Carbone completed the demolition and reclamation of a uranium mine in northern Saskatchewan and earn the designation of Radiation Safety Officer.  Mr. Carbone also has extensive background in steel sales, management and recycling.

Brad Vanderkamer

Mr. Vanderkamer has been in the construction industry for over 20 years, with 18 of those years dedicated to the demolition industry.  He has managed challenging projects in functioning shopping malls, office buildings and a busy international airport.  Mr. Vanderkamer has been involved in numerous industrial and commercial projects ranging from strip-outs to selective and complete structural demolition.

Tatyana Minkova

Ms. Minkova has been the Divisional Controller for our Demolition Division since 2011.  She has been employed in accounting and administration in the construction industry since 2005. 

Dale Shields

Mr. Shields has over 30 years of experience in public and private sector commercial property management. He has extensive knowledge in capital planning, large scale and multi-facetted facility operations and high security facility operations.  Mr. Shields' detail orientated management style and creative solutions make him a valuable member of our team.

Nicolette Wilson

Ms. Wilson has been involved in the health and safety industry for over 25 years.  She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to every project.  Ms. Wilson’s numerous certifications, attention to detail and dedication to her crews have helped us achieve outstanding safety performances on the most challenging of projects.  Ms. Wilson’s common sense and no-nonsense approach have allowed her to gain the respect of her crews while ensuring we exceed the requirements of local safety authorities and customer-specific safe work policies.

Arne Johanson

Mr. Johanson has been in the construction industry for over 37 years, with 15 of those years dedicated to the demolition industry.  He as previous experience in the surveying, building and engineering sectors, new build design construction, public works and legal surveying.  His varied background & knowledge keyed in with safety, detailed site safety planning skills, safety training programs, development of safe work procedures, code compliance reviews and safety inspections make Mr. Johanson an important member of the demolition division.
